•The Senior Medicare Patrol Resource Center (SMP Resource Center) provides training and technical assistance to SMP grantees. The SMP Resource Center also provides consumer services such as fraud alerts and maintains the SMP locator, which helps consumers find their local SMP program.
•Volunteer Risk and Program Management (VRPM) Policies: ACL has developed a set of policies to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and safety of SMP services, by providing guidance and direction to SMP grantees.
